At YuMOVE, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
